Try-outs will be held for all Lady Roc teams on December 22, 2007at Total Sports Experience sports complex on Elmgrove Road from 8:30 AM to 12:00 Noon

Lady Roc 2009 and 2010 try-outs are from 8:30-10:00 AM

Lady Roc 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 try-outs are from 10:30 AM -12:00 Noon

All players must go to the registration page to register for try-outs. Try-out fee is $25.00

All players must bring mouth guards, goggles and stick to the try-out.

Practice begins Wednesday June 11 at East Rochester High School on the turf field

Practice dates are: 6/18; 6/25; 7/9; 7/16; and 7/23

Lady Roc 2011, 2012 and 2013 practice will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Lady Roc 2009 and 2010 practice will be held from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Members are expected to attend ALL practice sessions

Yearly fee: $300.00 (50% sibling discount)

Yearly fee includes uniforms, turf time and administration fees
